Apex Magazine (dark SF) available as PDF

If I'm out of line posting this here, let me know and I will properly chastise myself. But the fine people of Mobileread.com have been very supportive of Apex Publications, so I thought I'd share...

To help offset the cost of our free online fiction (Apex Magazine), I've started selling a DRM-free PDF edition of Apex Magazine for $2.00. The PDF has a pretty cover and has the exact layout and design of our out-of-print magazine Apex Digest.

We pay what is considered 'professional' rates for short fiction by SFWA and HWA, so if you're a writer, check us out.

As always, the free online content will remain just that, free.

So if you have am e-reader and like professional-level dark SF short fiction, then give it a shot.

What are the dimensions of the PDF page? Please tell me it's not 8.5 by 11.

One thing I've learned is that almost no one prints a PDF, which means fitting it to 8.5 by 11 is pointless. The optimal size is that of the existing 6" e-Ink screen, with minimal margins.

Of course, that's just my opinion.
