Calibre, Datastick, and SDHC
My apologies if this has been answered before. I searched but didn't find it. I have a datastick pro duo and an sdhc card in my Sony PRS-505. In Calibre, only the datastick and the internal memory of the 505 shows up. Is this because it only shows one card at a time? Or does it not read sdhc (I know it's supposed to recognize Sd)? Or is it something with my stuff?

I am having the same issue with my Kindle. Calibre does not recognize the SD card

Yep. This is by design. Adding support for both cards is on my todo list. However, I don't have any time table of when this will be implemented.

This is a separate issue. Could you open a bug at http://calibre.kovidgoyal.net. I'll look into it. I might need you to run some commands for me so I can see what is going on.
