Output Format Cycler

This plugin adds a toolbar action that cycles (or toggles) the preferred output format used by conversion, fetching news, and other output paths. The toolbar icon shows the currently selected output format (mimetype icon) and updates live when preferences change; the cycle list and badge/confirmation behavior are configurable.

Installation
- Load from file
1. Download the latest release zip.
2. Preferences -> Plug-ins -> Load Plugin from File.
3. Select the zip, install, and restart Calibre.

- Windows, macOS, Linux (tested on Windows)
