Azw3 files not always are shown in the library of PW 2024

Hi all,

When I transfer the ebooks in azw3 format from my MacBook to my KPW SE 12 using the USB File Manager app from Amazon, many times they aren't shown in the library. They are transferred, as I can see them with the Finder into the Documents PW's folder, but they're not shown nor can be found within the PW using search from the PW's toolbar.
However, if I transfer the same book in kpf format, I've none of those problems.
Ideas?

I had (and sometimes still have) that same problem. After transferring the azw3 files to the kindle from my laptop via USB, I could not find the titles in the library. Search yielded no results
I could find the azw3 files on the kindle using Windows file manager but there was no way to open or view them on the kindle.

I did delete the files, rebooted the kindle, re-transfer the files, waited, said a prayer and they did show up. Is this an issue with the latest firmware? I don't know. Would love to hear if someone gets a handle on this issue. Thanks for sharing.
