Can I delete KPPMainAppV2 files?

After exiting KOReader, my Kindle froze, so I had to restart it. Once it restarted, I noticed some new files in my library named KPPMainAppV2(...). Does anyone know what these files are? Is it safe to delete them?

Yes, these are core dumps - a result of hoops and loops necessary for JailBreak.

You can delete those.

Furthermore, you can drop an empty file named DISABLE_CORE_DUMP (no extension) in Kindle’s visible USB sotrage root to limit such core dumps in future.
