Boox poke 6 stuck on loading screen

Hello, my e-reader is stuck on the loading screen. 2 days back, it was atleast animated loading screen, today it’s just completely stuck.

I already tried charging it overnight I already tried factory reset (it doesn’t even show up) I already tried the 60 second restart option I already tried charging it overnight (again) with my laptop I tried connecting it to my laptop but it won’t connect or even show up (tried both mac and pc) I already let the battery drain too. Last time I charged was 2 days back

I cannot send it back for fixing because I live in a foreign country.

Please please please help me find out wants wrong

Can u atleast take a picture of your poke 6 screen. And which country do u live?

If the screen never changes and it never makes any sort of USB connection then you need an EDL cable.
You can make one yourself. Don't short anything except black and green.
I made a beautiful automatic one with a microprocessor and a tiny screen.
I've also made one using only the knife blade on a corkscrew.

I live in Korea. the picture is the loop, when the battery drains, it gets stuck there.

First, if you had enabled ADB before your problem it would be easy to fix this.
That the elephant is rollerskating shows you that Linux is running but the Android subsystem has a problem.
If you had ADB enabled you could go to recovery easily.

Second, don't let the battery die. You could get any variety of data corruption.
That goes for any device.

Does a 10 second power button press get it to reset, flash the screen a few times and get you elephants again?
Try pressing the power button for ten seconds, release, then press it 5 times in the span of a few seconds.
Timing could be critical so try it a few ways.

I always have ADB enabled so that it pops up even before the boot animation (in my case, not elephants).

Please be clear on what you have. Is this a Poke6 or a Poke6S? They are two different types.

Poke6S is Chinese and we don't even have the keys for it yet.
So it would be good to get them before the device is turned into a Go6.

Please stick to a single thread.

I have a poke 6s. the Chinese version. I got into recovery mode but I am not sure what to do now. I am going crazy. I am new here so I didn't realise I posted it twice (thought the first time never went through). I am sorry. I have tried the 10 second method too but it doesn't work. this device is only 7 days old

If you got it into recovery mode and you don't have any precious data on it yet you can try the factory reset.

EDL can get you out of this. There may be some work to get it to EDL mode.
Look up EDL test cable. It's not rocket science.

If this is a Poke6s i dont think it can be converted to Go6, since poke6s uses a different soc, different screen resolution (212ppi)
