Turning mu standalone app into a koreader plugin
Hi everyone, I have been working on a little application for my pocketbook which I think others might enjoy as well. It is called "feedbinder". It turns a regular old rss or atom feed into one big ebook, and adds new chapters to the end when they are added.
I already posted about this on the pocketbook forum, but I am cross-posting here because I am interested in turning it into a koreader plugin if possible. Currently the software is very much in an alpha stage, but once it is more mature, I think it would make a nice addition to KOreader. In my opinion, it is an improvement over both the ko-readers news plugin. Notable features are: - Collection of a whole feed into a single epub file - Filtering of content so that only the actual article is presented - Multi-threaded downloads and processing - Separate backend and frontend allowing for easy development for other platforms (hopefully). Maybe some of you want to check it out. If so, here is a link https://codeberg.org/User18130814200115/FeedBinder |
