Plugin help: Blurb Scraper

Hi all,

I'm trying to write a plugin that runs on individual books (similar to Edit Metadata -> Download Metadata) where its purpose is to read the blurb and add keywords to the Tag section if it reads it in the blurb e.g. "magic" is found in the blurb so "Magic" is added to the tag field.

I've never written a plugin before (had a failed attempt at a metadata scraper but had to abandon that as kept getting 404 errors) but I've done my best with it.... at this point, I can't even get it to show up in the Toolbar (or list of plugins to add to the Toolbar but it does show up in the Plugin list...)

Could anyone help please? It will be much appreciated!
