How long does Kobo take to adjust sales tax?
On April 1st, N.S. lowered the HST from 15% to 14%. Kobo store still using the old rate though.

Customer service confused when I asked about it. Any idea how long it takes to update?

I've never understood how Kobo figures taxes. I live is the US and the sales tax breakdown includes a city tax and I do not live in a city with a city tax.
It is more annoying than a deal breaker but still.

Set your US location to New Hampshire. Then no sales tax.
