j'ai l'habitude de transférer mes livres vers ma liseuse kobo avec Google drive, mais après la conversion kepub avec a dernière version de Calibre la liseuse ne reconnait pas le fichier kepub et le refuse.

Hello, I usually transfer my books to my Kobo e-reader using Google Drive, but after converting to kepub with the latest version of Calibre, the e-reader doesn't recognize the kepub file and refuses it.

merci d'avance pour votre aide.

I believe the issue is the extension on the file.

In order for Kobo to sync from Google Drive it needs to either have just an epub extension (ie mybook.epub) or for a Kobo format ebook it needs the kepub.epub extension (ie someotherbook.kepub.epub).

Oui tu as raison, lorsque je fais la conversion avec kepubify l'extension devient converted.kepub, afin de se passer de kepubify il faut que Calibre prévoit le changement d'extension.

Just manually change the extension in Google Drive

If you are using kepubify, remove the --calibre from the command line to convert somebook.epub to somebook.kepub.epub.

Currently I use kepubify.exe --inplace --no-add-dummy-titlepage --output as the command line options for kepubify

Je n'utilise pas kepubify dans Calibre mais le logiciel est sur mon bureau et la conversion de plusieurs fichiers est très rapide, c'est beaucoup plus rapide que de modifier manuellement l'extension.

In English...
II don't use kepubify in Calibre but it's on my desktop and converting multiple files is very fast, much faster than manually changing the extension.
