Crash randomly and generate (crash logs?) on the document folder
Hey there:
I just got my second-handed Paperwhite 3 and jailbreaked (via LangBreak)(FW:5.16.2.1.1). But since then, it randomly crash(about ~40 min /time) and generate these files start with KPPMainAppV2_XXXX… . I don’t know how to handle this so I put these file to seek for solutions. Some infos: I just installed KOReader (2024.11) and a File Browser I hope this thread can solve my problems, thx! |

Is it still in the Kindle UI, or is it when running KOReader that the crashes happen? If KOReader, it might be running out of memory. You can launch KOReader with the no framework option to free up more memory, which might help prevent or delay crashes. You'll still get the log file when exiting KOReader when doing that, but it's better than crashing.

Good reminder! I'd forgotten that I'd done that on my OA2, and hadn't yet done so on my Scribe.
