Adding fonts to a Kobo Libra Colour

Hi, I want to add the font Bookerly to a Kobo Colour reader and nothing I do seems to work.

I have followed the instructions on Kobo's site and a previous post last year on here but they still won't show. Can anyone help please.

I am on software verison 4.4123145

This is how my font is loaded

Kobo/fonts/Bookerly-Bold.ttf
Kobo/fonts/Bookerly-Boldltalic.ttf
Kobo/fonts/Bookerly-ltalic.ttf
Kobo/fonts/Bookerly-Regular.ttf

Since all your bookerly font files are zero bytes, (which means, there's absolutely no data there.).. either something when wrong when you tried copying the files, or the files you are trying to copy over are defunct.

Thank you

All my files download from dropbox and I hadn't made the font files offline

It's all working now. Thanks again

Unless you've edited Bookerly, I think (not 100% sure) that there may be a problem with italic and bold italic using KePub.

The bold-italic variant is listed with a Panose weight of Demi instead of bold which causes italic to show as bold as well. FontTools allows a quick fix for this if you don't mind exporting the font file to a XML version, modifying it and importing it back to a TTF file. I've attached an image of what it looks like after the modification.
