Marketing emails

Is anyone else receiving the marketing emails (news@shop.kobo.com) on an outlook.com email? I suddenly stopped getting them a few weeks ago. Not in junk.

Receipt emails worked.

I tried changing to my spare gmail for a few days and started getting them.

I have never gotten any e-mail from Kobo, except for the initial welcome e-mail and my order receipts. Is there a way to check which types of messages you're subscribed to?

Look under Account Settings => Marketing Preferences. Does the Email Updates box say Yes?

Thanks. I guess I've always had it set to No, so it's not an e-mail problem.

As for Outlook, I think I've read on some sites that they don't recommend using an Outook address, because e-mails do tend to get eaten...

Yes, they silently block domains with no recourse (adding to whitelist doesn't help). I was trying to figure out if that happened here.
