Can I change the fallback 'publisher default'?
'Publisher default' font seems to be Georgia if its not set in the book. Can this be changed?

Do you need to use Publisher Default to see the embedded non-body fonts? I know you don't need to do so with ePub using RKMSDK.

I ask because I'm patched and cannot test this.

There is a patch for kepubs that lets you see embedded non-body fonts while not using Publisher Default.
