I've messed something up...

Good afternoon. I had everything working on my Kobo Libra 2 with KOReader, but then I went and messed it up. I noticed that when I connected my device to Calibre, it wasn't showing the books as "on device." So, I went back to nickel and connected the device to get them to show up. Once I did that, it told me I needed to update my firmware. I let it do that automatically, and then got the normal error when I tried to launch KOReader. Searched here and saw that I would need to update KFMon, so I started to do that process. I ended up trying to re-install the OCP for both KFMon as well as KOReader, but I'm getting this crash (photo is attached) every single time now and I have no idea what I did wrong. Any ideas? I'm happy to wipe the device and start over, but I had everything set exactly as I want it with fonts and dictionaries, etc., and I'd hate to lose all of that. So is there some way, even with this crash happening when I try to launch it, to back those things up so that when I re-install everything I can have it back like I left it?

In case it helps, I just found the log file and this looks to be the relevant portion, though I can certainly post the entire thing:

Alright, as an update, because I can't just keep still and wait for assistance, I went ahead and read that I didn't need KFMon, so I deleted that. Now, instead of the crash, I'm just getting the "generator error" at NickelMenu. I'm going to try and figure out how to add this line of code to my NickelMenu settings and see if that works.

menu_item : main : KOReader : cmd_spawn : quiet : exec /mnt/onboard/.adds/koreader/koreader.sh

Ok, I've reinstalled NickelMenu with someone else's config file that apparently works, and I'm still getting a crash. This really makes me think there's something wrong with the KOReader install, and I'm happy to do a fresh install, but I REALLY don't want to lose all my settings, fonts, dicts, etc. I've backed up the entire .adds/koreader folder, but I'm worried I won't be able to just replace it if I do a fresh install.

any ideas?

And here is the entire crash I'm getting now:

That means files are missing. Try overwriting .adds/koreader to ensure all the files are there.
