Problem with KUAL

I have a problem with kindle pw4. I used winterbreak to jailbreak my kindle and installed mrpi and kual successfully. I ran kual and saw it works. Then i added removeorbit then made it to stop ota updates. I plugged in my kindle then i added alpne linux extension. Thats when the problem happens. When i tried to open the kual it shows application error. I tried uninstalling kual but when i entered ;log mrpi comand , nothing happens.. i tried a lot of times rebooting my kindle but nothing seems to work.

Did you run "Rename OTA" when you added that "renameotabin" extension? Sounds like you got a firmware update?

This thread would be best in the WinterBreak thread as more people will see it.

alpine linux extension and many others probably don't work properly after fw >=5.13.6 as new fw versions need hf binaries . Try removing extension files and reinstalling KUAL .

last option: If you installed hotfix before then try to enable OTA binaries first via KUAL or scriptlet from discord ( if you installed renameOTABin ) then reset and install hotfix again

this should give you a clean slate again but beware to check if extensions work with new fw or not before installing them
