Can't see full library holdings in Overdrive on KLC

Hi, Everyone.

I can go on my computer or phone and go into Libby and see National Geographic as something I can borrow. But when I go into Ovedrive on my KLC, It's not coming up, and it's not showing up in My Books after i sync. Has anyone else had this problem?

I can go into Calibre and get National Geographic that way, but this would be easier if it worked.

IIRC you can only redeem a library loan directly on the device if the book you've checked out is available on the Kobo store. If you can't buy it from Kobo, then you have to sideload the book with ADE or Calibre.

Also, is this a BOOK or a MAGAZINE? Magazines are only available via a browser and not for download or syncing via Kobo
