decrypt lcpdf files type

Hi,
There is a file format I can not open at all as it is encrypted.
Any help with fixing this issue?
Any plugin to help?

Just to give more details about it so someone may help me.

This is the URL of the book:

It says:

So I am searching for any way to decrypt it.

When I download the file for the .PDF it download a file with .LCPL
So I am confused if it is a .LCPL or .LCPPDF or .LCPLPDF

With LCP/Readium, you're SOL. See this for why DeDRM can't remove it.

Please, what do you mean by SOL? I guess it is some kind of abbreviation but what words, I can not figure it correctly.

Please, do you know any idea or any somehow workaround to have it to work, I mean just a direction and I can continue searching to find a solution.

These books are not sold in my local market as I am in a country in Africa and it is really helpful to use it to study. sorry for bothering you but just trying all options.
