Calibre: How to add Series column in Device view

Hello everyone! I recently purchased the Kobo Libra Color e-reader. Over the past two days, I’ve been exploring Kepub, Calibre, drivers (including the extended one), plugins, and Kobo Utils. I’ve already configured my collections and series, and all are working seamlessly between my Kobo and computer. However, I’m facing an issue with adding the Series column to the Calibre

evice view. I’ve tried searching online, reading threads on the forum, and even exploring Reddit, but I can’t seem to find a solution. Perhaps I’m overlooking something simple.

I’ve attached image where I’m expecting Series column to add. Thanks!

Simple answer is that it is not an available column in Device view.

Switch to Library view and search for ondevice:true.

While in theory, you could add a column that reads the series/series index information from a Kobo ereader's database or the metadata.calibre file, most other brands of ereader do not offer access to add the series information to the ereader database.

Personally, I use the ondevice checkmark in library view when I want to sort by on device and see any series information.
