Bold fonts on Clara 2E BW

Hi, folks;
first of all, thanks for having me. I'm a Kindle user, but I've decided to try a Kobo. On the very first moment I noticed that there's no way to make the font bold. I've found somewhere a suggestion, to sideload a bold font - a guy suggested Amasis. I did it, the device recognized the font, but no boldness at all. The fonts are pale, I have some troubles to see. Can anyone help me? And please forgive my bad english.
All the best!

Next to the drop down box to select font, is the word "Advanced" (or whatever language). Tap that word to open the font options for 'Weight' (If the word is different for it, it is the 2nd slider.)

Open a book and tap at the middle top of the screen. Between the light icon and the settings icon is the Aa (in English) button. Tap that. on the right next to the name of the font, is a bolded word. In English it's Advanced. Tap that word. There are two sliders. Use the second slider from the top to adjust the weight of the font. The word next to the slider is Weight (in English). Sliding to the right adds weight and sliding to the left decreases weight. You can do this for the font of your choice.

Amasis is an ugly font. Font a font that you like and then adjust the weight.
