Norton Antivirus doesn't like MobileRead
I haven't been on in a couple weeks and just today Norton Antivirus is complaining about your site for the first time that I've noticed, with the attached message on most pages ("Dangerous Web Page Blocked ... This is a known dangerous webpage. It is highly recommended that you do NOT visit this page.") Any idea why the change? Is it your advertisers?

There's no advertisements if you're logged into MobileRead.

Third-party Windows anti-malware detection is rapidly becoming worse than the malware it pretends to protect against. I've not used anything but the built-in Windows Defender since Windows 7.
