Sage page jumps when opening sleep cover

Can anyone help with this please, before I ring Kobo about it? I just got a new Sage and Kobo sleep cover. When I open the cover, the page initially shows where it was left, but then jumps randomly back or forward a page, and stops. I tried exiting from the book I was on & leaving it on the index of books, but now I notice that jumps too. I previously had a Forma with sleep cover & never experienced this. I don't do anything weird when I open the cover - move it slowly. The chat thing on Kobo website says ensure cover seated properly - it is. Using it without the cover works properly. I have powered it off and on but am a bit reluctant to factory reset it, yet.

I fixed this by setting the page turn mode to swipe only, I also turned off the auto rotate option. Hope that helps.

Thanks for that. It didn't work though! I'm supposed to be getting a replacement sleep cover from Kobo, which I doubt will fix it. Meanwhile just using it without the cover.
