Where can I post for help with Kobo and Calibre?

I have a problem with my Kobo that seems to be connected to Calibre but I'm not sure. I tried asking it in the Calibre forums, and instead of getting any help with the current issue, folks just descended into arguing about whether Kobos suck or not. Even after I explicitly repeated my request for help.

What forum can I ask a technical question about Kobo error messages that may or may not be around Calibre? Where I can get actual help?

It got lost in the discussion, but your first response, by Bookstooge, did answer your question. In your Kobo Settings, you will have to go into 'Account" and "Sign Out." That will cause Kobo to delete and regenerate a new database, thereby fixing the error.

Also, configure the Kobo Utilities plugin to back up your database when you connect to calibre. That way if you ever do have another database error, you can restore the last good copy.
