Toolbar icon size - finer adjustments

Hi,

I find the small icon size setting in Look & Feel to be smaller than ideal, whilst medium is larger than I'd prefer, so I wonder if the Editor toolbar way of setting icon size in pixels could be implemented in main Calibre?

In doing some tests running from source, I've found out that by using 28px instead of 24 in bars.py, icons look fine to me on a 1920 x 1080 display.
