need help
hello, i have had the sony prs-505 for some time now i just recently got the mac computer. but the disk that i have is not compatible. please advise

Right... the Sony software is Windows only. Macs need not apply.

So, Bob, I'm confused here. Are you saying that the 505 can't be used with a Mac at all?

Does downloading Calibre allow him to do.........what?

I"m still trying to figure out all the different formats.

Anything you could possibly imagine except purchase Sony DRMed ebooks.

Then again, if you have a 505 you really should be buying EPUB, not Bbeb (Sony).

Not at all. I am only saying that the Sony eBook Library software does NOT run on the Mac. That is all I am saying.

PS: Yes. To all those that would correct me. I know you can run the software in a Windows VM on the Mac using Parallels or Fusion.

Nate, who's offering eBooks in the ePub format these days? Also is Adobe ePub, which I see on Books ob Board, the same as ePub?
