Kindle Scribe 5.16.21 - How to wipe all Wi-Fi networks
Hey guys,
Do you know a way to delete all saved Wi-Fi credentials? I once accidentally connected to a wrong network in a public place. Kindle remembered it and now tries this network first and fails. Maybe a lipc command? |

@encol
Thank you so much! It actually worked, hooray! As a side note, this command only works when KOReader is closed. Otherwise, it cannot find the wlan0 device. |

Also, Wi-Fi must be turned on (otherwise, wlan0 device is inaccessible).

Deleted networks keep coming back.
This wpa_cli network is not preferred (according to NiLuJe). I am looking for other solutions (lipc commands for wifid) |

Maaaybe on your computer or phone go to https://amazon.com/myk and under "Saved Network Passwords" clear what Amazon has stored on their servers? Then re-do CLI commands.

1) I have never saved passwords to Amazon
2) I have all logging disabled, so probably Amazon doesn't know about these networks at all ![]() |
