Send new custom extension as a book format to device

Hi I added a second PDF to a book. For this I modified the extention of the second book to .pdf2 but when I connect to Calibre Campanion app on Android only the .pdf format is sent to device. How can I send .pdf2, too?

Also this pdf2 extension isn't available under option "send specific format to".

You can't just create new book format types. Calibre has no idea what "pdf2" is so it won't show it.

Even if the extension is recognized as a format, calibre will send only one format to a device. The format is chosen using the priority list. For CC, the priority is set in CC's settings.
