I just bought a Libra 2, I was wondering if this spot on the screen is normal?

No, not normal. IMHO, it is a dead pixel and if you just bought the device, return it. You can not "unsee" that dead pixel.

Who knows. I had a dead pixel on my 7.8" nook 2019 version I think and it eventually corrected itself which was also odd. does it appear on ever page? every book?
