Calibre Viewer opens withy black screen
Calibre Viewer works fine opening in Folder, but opening in Calibre (Windows version) gives a black screen. What can I do?

This is caused by incompatibilities between Qt WebEngine (used by the viewer and editor) and the graphics drivers
on your system. Try updating the graphics drivers, if that does not work, you can try disabling hardware acceleration by setting the environment variable QTWEBENGINE_CHROMIUM_FLAGS="--disable-gpu" |

NecroBump: As being a lingering problem as it seems I never did stumble upon it until recently. After an update for the ATI drivers, to be precise. The solution with them variables didn't work at all. Yet, today it is solved "by itself". I think that after installation of PageEdit...
