They're in a folder named library-icons, and they get renamed to <library-name>.png -- so, Books.png, Covid.png, Creators.png etc.

I'd been looking for them in cc-icons, and resources/images.

Are library icons new? I did not know they existed and couldn't find a reference in the changelog.

EDIT: It also changes the taskbar icon
