Frozen Screen- Unable to reboot
Hi. I just went to use my Forma and the screen is on the sleep screen and frozen. It’s 100% charged. I’ve taken off the kobo sleep cover. Pushing in the power button isn’t restarting the device. I’ve even tried the power button and page button reboot process. Nothing happens.

Anyone any ideas of how I can reboot or restart this Forma?

I’ve been able to restart it now, after I plugged it in to the mains. Seems the battery was dead, even though the frozen screen said 100% charged. I do love my Forma but I really wish the power button wasn’t such a pain.

That is a problem with eInk screens in general. I get faked out from time to time, too!

A good trick to play on someone is to take a screen show of the home screen and put it up on screen.
