weird kobo search results

What's up with the Kobo shop's search engine? Twice in a few days now, I've had the experience that I searched for an author's books in the Kobo shop (the Dutch version) only to come up with zero results.
Then when I searched for author name + epub on Google, it did give me a Kobo result. In one case it was for Caoilinn Hughes, the second time for Donald Antrim.
So okay, they do have their book. I can even buy it.

But again when I click on the underlined name on that book page, which would normally get me a list of all of this author's books Kobo carries, it says: sorry, no books found for this author. But I just came from the page where it DID say they sold one of their books.

Looks like their shop database is seriously fucked up. Anyone else notice this?

Odd. When I do a search on Kobo with either of your /nl/nl or be/nl links, I can click on the author name and get a list of their books.

It must have been my mistake -- I'd probably set the language to Dutch in a previous search, and this setting sticks. It's not very obvious in the interface, but I know that, so I admit it is my mistake. (Although I would appreciate the engine being a little more flexible, like offering an extra option: we didn't find any books by this author in the language you specified, but have a look at these...)
Still -- facepalm.
