Boox Nova 3

Mein Nova 3 springt nach dem einschalten und ca 30 sec lesen wieder zurück auf das hauptmenue. und das mehrmals hintereinander. Hat jemand eine lösung?

There could be two different reasons why this happens:

• Your reading app may be crashing or forced closing because of corruption in the app, corruption in the system or hardware problems
• The screen may be getting spurious signals for back

First step: Do you have ADB working? Get ADB working.

C:\>adb logcat

When it jumps back there will be a lot of stuff scrolling by. Try to select and copy what just occured. Post it.
