Occasional crash when waking up
My 10th gen basic hadn't been updated in ages so I installed the lastest FW about a week ago. Now on rare occasion when waking up it gives me this screen and I have to hard-reboot it to get it working correctly.
What's the problem and how do I fix it? |

Try applying the update again. Make sure the Update Your Kindle menu item is enabled (in other words don't just Restart).
