When "limit the searched metadata" is set to specific columns, is there an easy way to search all columns?

hmm. It halfway works but failed on some columns such as custom longtext column.

EDIT: It seems to be ignoring things outside of the limited columns. Oy...

ANOTHER EDIT: I think this is a bug, so I opened a ticket:
