Covers on Kindle
SOME covers from ePub books sent to Kindle show, some do NOT. Some are books I purchased in ePub format, some are free, and some I created (of which NONE display). Why the disparity? What can be done?

If you find any answers, don't be afraid to share them. So far, it appears hard to tell how/why Amazon sends some covers and others are not sent from the results of a random number generator.

plug your kindle in using a usb cable and send books to it by calibre's send to device button. Leave your kindle in airplane mode. All your amazon created headaches will be over.
