Tests fail building Calibre 6.12 on Ubuntu Jammy (22.04)

Hi!

I'm trying to build Calibre 6.12 on Ubuntu Jammy (22.04), however, the tests are failing:

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/workspace/build/xtradeb/22.04/apps/calibre/calibre-6.12.0+dfsg/resources/localization/iso639.calibre_msgpack'

I noticed that a couple of files and directories went missing, such as, "resources/localization", resources/viewer.js, etc...
These files were already marked in .gitignore for some time, but now they are no longer shipped in the released source code.

Can you please advise on the best way forward? Disable the tests?!

For reference, this is the recipe I followed/adjusted to build Calibre: calibre_6.11.0+dfsg-1~xtradeb1.debian.tar.xz

I have disabled the tests, but the file is also required during install.
