Koreader crash on start Kindle Paperwhite 7th gen - G090 - Firmware V. 5.16.2.1.1
Hello, Koreader is crashing on startup for me with the latest nightly builds either from marek or from the koreader project. I got this Kindle already unlocked from someone else but they had issues installing koreader as well. I tried a couple different versions of koreader to see if any worked, but none did. The screen flashes a bit but then goes back to home screen.
Legacy, Kindle, and PW2 packages had logs that looked like this: crash from PW2 version: Code:
--------------------------------------------- launching... _ _____ ____ _ | |/ / _ \| _ \ ___ __ _ __| | ___ _ __ | ' / | | | |_) / _ \/ _` |/ _` |/ _ \ '__| | . \ |_| | _ < __/ (_| | (_| | __/ | |_|\_\___/|_| \_\___|\__,_|\__,_|\___|_| It's a scroll... Framebuffer error means you didn’t do JB properly.
Do two simple restarts in a row, then install latest hotfix from NiLuJe’s snapshots. Yours is 5.16.2, so use normal kindle-pw2 |
