UnicodeDecodeError, need HELP pretty please

Hi,
since 2 days I am getting a error when I want to move a ebook to my reader. Can someone help me what to do? I didnt moved the library or did anything else then want to send a ebook to my reader.

Uninstall, delete C:\\Program Files\\Calibre2
(or wherever you chose to install calibre). Then re-install. And
dont worry, uninstalling will not affect your books/settings.

Do it with the default Windows add/remove and not any third-party uninstallers — the latter may try to clear out your user settings.
