How to get book title on Leaf 2 whilst reading?
Only had a Onyx Boox Leaf 2 for a few weeks so getting used to it.

Is there a way of getting the name of the book in the top toolbar when reading the book? I can't find any setting to show this?

I don't know of any way in NeoReader.
What bothers me most is that it can't be left-aligned - that's why I don't use it, but the AlReader

It is indeed not possible with NeoReader v3.0. For that it is better to use another reader program. The one I like the most is AlReaderX (Eink), fully adapted to Onyx devices, and which has several header options (title, author, title + author, chapter, file name...).
