ibeam is hard to distinguish
The ibeam is white, the contrast is too low to see easily, is it possible to change it to black？

Mouse cursors come from your operating system, not calibre, Change it there.

Ibeam can display normally in other programs (white or black is contrary to the background color), but in calibre, it is always white despite light background.

Pick a cursor theme in your operating system that works for both light and dark backgrounds. For example, white cursors with black outlines or vice versa.
