ePUB unable to display 2 pages at once

I’m trying to read a manga using the Calibre viewer, and due to the nature of the art, I would like to be able to see two pages displayed at once. I can get this to happen when I use the original CBZ, though the pages are in the wrong order, showing from left to right. I tried using Kindle Comic Converter to convert them to ePUBs, which also switched the orders of the pages to be correct, but when doing this, no matter what width I set for the device I’m using, Calibre only shows one page. Even if my width of pages is 500 pixels, with 20 pixel margins and Calibre set to a width upwards of 1500, only one page shows. If anyone could help, that would be great. Also, once I get it to show two pages at once, is there a way to have them next to each other with no blank space in between? Thanks.

If you want to show two pages in the calibre viewer the relevant setting is under Page Layout in the viewer preferences.

While it doesn't seem to be the case here, calibre-viewer also doesn't really support fixed-layout epub3s. For those, I use Azardi.

As I said, I already have this setting enabled and it works just fine in CBZ format, but the pages are backwards. The issue arises when trying to use a converted ePUB which fixes the page direction.

Then your epub will be using one html file per image. Merge the html files using the editor or another tool and you will be fine.
