Angry bricking kindle pw4 (2018)

I've done something really stupid.
After following NiLiJus jailbreak instructions a second time, I managed to install KUAL on my PW4 running 1.14.3.2. I eventually got alpine linux to run but not enough ram for gui. I looked at the alpine.conf file and found the command "stop lab126" thinking "ooh, that's interestng". I then ran this command manually from ssh via usbnet and thereby completely disabled the UI. The ssh window I had open crashed. tried restarting the kindle and adding the "DO_FACTORY_RESTORE" file. which worked, but the UI is still stopped and my kindle needs repairing with code 2.

can anyone help unbrick?
