Reload book source (i.e. HTML) from disk after editing with external tool

I have created an eBook by converting an HTML source file. After setting up all of the metadata and converting, I found errors in the original source HTML. I edited the HTML file with a tool external to Calibre, but now I am unsure how to get Calibre to reload the edited HTML from disk?

Edit metadata -> Drag and drop the file to the formats window.
