Aura H2O 2 Kobo aura h2o “stuck”

My Kobo Aura h2o v2 has “stuck” and looks like this. I’ve tried restarting it a few times and it’s still “stuck” the same when on. Other than switching on and off it seems unresponsive. Any ideas on what to do?

The connection has not come loose. That is a broken screen for sure.

@yur if you do plan to replace your H2O, I suggest the Libra 2.

Thanks for the suggestion. It’s out of my price range. Probably going to get a Nia or Clara when I can afford to replace. Do you know if you add your own fonts to those btw or was that possibility removed?

You can add your own fonts.

You may find a 6" screen small given that you were using a 6.8" screen.
