Coupling Caption-Image & Table width

2 issues have occurred when converting from an .odt file to epub using ConverterTools:

1. Images often don't appear under their caption on the same page.
I have tried various methods in LibreOffice Writer to ensure coupling, but it appears to be a result of conversion. Can Calibre force the caption & image onto the same page?

2. Tables
I start with a Writer width of 12.8cm. The epub is 10.8cm at it max but the tables are only 9.5cm. Again various formatting changes in Writer have been attempted, but there is always a proportionate reduction in width.

Can Calibre force tables to full page width?

There are three buttons under your username. Two small ones at the sides and the big one with the word "karma" in the middle. The one on the right side is the report button.
