Can't change color of margins

I never had problems with this until recently, but even with override all book colors set and the color scheme set to black, these hideous white margins are still present. This book I previously read in my browser on the server without issue, but the white margins have suddenly appeared.

I tried making a custom color scheme and explicitly specifying black margins, but that didn't work either. Any help would be much appreciated!

Works fine for me with the current calibre release. make sure you are running up-to-date calibre. And if it is happening for a specific book, then you can opena bug report and attach that book.

I updated Calibre and all is well now. Thanks for your time, and I'm sorry that the solution was so obvious
