Editor Crash

First time this has happened. I was editing an epub3 book in the Calibre Editor and the Editor window just disappeared (I think all I was doing was a search and replace). Checking the Event Viewer in Windows, I see an Event 1000, Application Error:

that's a crash in Qt webengine the component used by the preview panel. Probably something it didnt like in the book you are editing. If you can find a way to reproduce the crash opena bug report and attach the book alongwith the steps and I will see if I can get webengine to not crash, but given that i have no control over its code, its unlikely.
