Best Format to Convert Epubs for new Paperwhite

As it says in the title, I recently got a new Paperwhite, after reading the last several years on an ipad, which means I have a lot of epubs that I need to now convert. I know the Kindle reads mobi format and Azw, but I was wondering what the best format is for the new PW? I'd been using mobi, but I noticed I couldn't change the text to bold and a few other things.

You can convert to either KF8 (AZW3) or KFX. The choice is yours.

If you decide to convert to KFX, read the following thread...
[Conversion Output] KFX Output
