Problems with Word Documents and Calibre

Hello,
I'm not techy in the least, I just use it. I don't know which thread to post this in, so I picked what I thought looked best. Sorry if I'm wrong.

Some time ago, I downloaded Calibre on my Windows 10 PC, and I can use it successfully for its intended use. HOWEVER, every Microsoft Word document on my PC defaults to a Calibre document. Instead of the "W" icon for Word, it has a books icon for Calibre. When I double-click to open, Calibre opens and imports my supposed-to-be Word document. The only way I can get Word to open it is if I right click, go to 'open with', and click on Word. Both documents I've had for years and documents I've created since downloading Calibre do this.

Is there any way to fix this?

As part of the "open with" dialog there should be an option to use the selected application as the default in the future. (You might need to "Choose another app" to see that option.)
